Skybar im Campus-Tower – eine neue Ikone der Hamburger Bar-Szene

Hoch über den Dächern der HafenCity, im 15. Stock des Campus-Towers, setzt die neue Bar von Sternekoch Kevin Fehling sowohl architektonisch als auch kulinarisch ein klares Statement. In direkter Nachbarschaft zu seinem Restaurant The Table werden hier außergewöhnliche Cocktailkompositionen kreiert, die sich bei einem spektakulärem 270-Grad-Blick über Hamburg genießen lassen.

Gestalterisches Zentrum ist ein monolithischer Tresen, der – wie schon im The Table – als kraftvolle Raumskulptur fungiert und die Bühne für die Barkeeper bildet. Ein durchgehender Vorhang schafft eine klare Zonierung: Er verbirgt Eingangsbereich, Küche und WC-Anlagen und schafft gleichzeitig Raum für eine inszenierte Bar-Atmosphäre mit Fokus auf Handwerkskunst und Gastlichkeit.

Skybar in the Campus-Tower - a new icon of the Hamburg bar scene

High above the rooftops of HafenCity, on the 15th floor of the Campus Tower, the new bar by Michelin-starred chef Kevin Fehling makes a clear architectural and culinary statement. Located directly adjacent to his restaurant The Table, exceptional cocktail creations are crafted here and enjoyed alongside a spectacular 270-degree view over Hamburg.

At the heart of the design is a monolithic bar counter which — as in The Table — functions as a powerful sculptural element and provides a stage for the bartenders. A continuous curtain creates clear spatial zoning: concealing the entrance area, kitchen, and restrooms, while simultaneously framing a carefully choreographed bar atmosphere focused on craftsmanship and hospitality.
