Im März 2022 wurden die MS Spirit of the Danube und ihr Schwesterschiff MS Spirit of the Rhine feierlich in Dienst gestellt – zwei Boutique-Flusskreuzfahrtschiffe der britischen Reederei SAGA Cruises.

Das innenarchitektonische Konzept beider Schiffe ist eng mit den Landschaften und dem kulturellen Erbe ihrer Fahrtgebiete verwoben. Farben, Materialien und grafische Elemente greifen regionale Stimmungen auf und erzählen visuelle Geschichten entlang des Rheins und der Donau. So entsteht an Bord ein Ambiente, das Vertrautheit und Entdeckung zugleich vermittelt – mit stilistischer Klarheit, dezentem Luxus und einem hohen Maß an Aufenthaltsqualität.

Inspired by the river. Narrated by design.

In March 2022, the MS Spirit of the Danube and its sister ship MS Spirit of the Rhine were ceremoniously put into service - two boutique river cruise ships from British shipping company SAGA Cruises.

The interior design concept of both ships is closely woven with the landscapes and cultural heritage of their cruising areas. Colours, materials and graphic elements pick up on regional moods and tell visual stories along the Rhine and Danube. This creates an ambience on board that conveys familiarity and discovery at the same time - with stylistic clarity, discreet luxury and a high level of quality of stay.
